The network would be dependant on the many social media platforms.

A lot of visits, we click n like, maybe comment... dance from topic to topic. In order to grab and hold people's attention a post must catch their eye and hold it for a bit.

If I see a post about an animal with no idea where it is, when, it does not get a glance.

A reason to create a form people can fill out and share.

The app would only send notifications to me, if it were in my chosen distance. It would only notify me if it were in my time range.

When I finally get around to turn the computer on and see a post about a dog spotted two hours ago and 7 miles away. ugh..

If I see a post again about a missing dog that was already found (or worse) two weeks ago.. ugh.

As soon as an animal was found, it would be removed from the most wanted list to the found album.

Same info repeated over and over .. it is essential that people chat and share emotions but the app and screeners would limit the info about a specific animal to one post (that could be updated). Here I talked about Google's photo ability to match faces in people and dogs https://www.pupdetectives.com/search/label/52-GPhotos.

Screening post.
I have clicked on some websites and it showed my IP and address. Somewhere in the internet world, internet activity can be traced to the address of the person who paid for their connection.

Someone with a report about a spotted dog here and was pinging off a tower in China .. hmmmm

People with a brand new facebook account, no friends to show, no previous public post.. I suppose there is technology that would turn on the yellow or green light for post.

When I have a bit of energy I have been going through the counties sharing the idea. One person was less than nice so I took time to read some of the things being posted about in that group.

At first 17 comments and 486 shares. Then after the last update

Scarlett has been found and unfortunately did not make it. Thank you to everyone"

There were so many sympathy post.

Not until a dog is lost is there such a fuss. I thought it would be great to have a plan of action waiting for the next escapee.

In their reccomendations they say have these people look into it, look at that groups pages... I have already covered that concept by the ability to see the report/pics of every group in the community on lost and found, along with the ability to broadcast to all of them with one post.

A minion  one who is not important or powerful, but who obeys the orders of a boss or leader. Except having no one to unite you in action?
Instead of waiting for the next event to take place, create a plan of action of the steps to take. I doubt few would maintain interest if 'supporters' did nothing more than peck keys with their fingers.

Photography being one of my loves, when ever others wanted me to do pics, it made my day. I see lots of people with drones now, they buy them and fly them a bit n put them away.

I would guess if some of you posted in your groups an invitation to a mock search event with their drones, there would be those who would show up.

When you see someone posting about a lost animal in a group, follow to see if it fizzels out or what steps they took in their search.

To create interest in your network, moot info needs to be eliminated and replace it with things they can get involved with and get results..

Observe what people actually do when animal post are made. See what others actually do in the search. While the great majority won't go far, if at all, the public is out walking around, driving around and are unlikely to pay much attention to roaming animals, but if they had the gps of my imagination as soon as they pushed the send button, the location and time the dog was there would be documented for anyone searching. (https://www.pupdetectives.com/search/label/11-GPS )

Of course it would not find all animals in time but people would actually be involved and some fuzzy pals would make it home

Advice and 486 shares did little Scarlett has been found and unfortunately did not make it. Thank you to everyone"

But action taken in a search and those who just take the time to capture and hold a pup is the map home.
